The NFL Free Agency is under way and there have been some big name signings along with some very questionable signings. Andy Dalton is officially signed to Chicago and listed as their starter. The Patriots made a huge splash by signing Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith. The NBA second half is officially underway, and trades are starting to happen as we get closer to the trade deadline.

The NBA All-Star weekend has come to an end. We discuss our thoughts on the events and the crammed schedule. Blake Griffin has reached a deal with the Nets after his buyout with the Pistons. The NBA is planning on an All-Star game in March but many of the top stars are unhappy with the idea.

Nolan Arenado is traded from the Rockies to the Cardinals for almost what seems to be nothing. They also send the Cardinals around $50M as well in the deal. James Harden was traded to the Nets today in part of a 4-team mega deal! The deal sends Caris Lavert to Indiana, Victor Oladipo to the Rockets, Jarrett Allen to the Cavs, and many more. What this move means for each franchise this season and moving forward is a major topic this week. The White Sox land Liam Hendriks in a record breaking deal for a relief pitcher.
