This week's Stang Gang Podcast features the latest news surrounding Midwestern State Volleyball with head coach Stephanie Radecki.
Midwestern State returns to D.L. Ligon Coliseum for a three-match homestand that begins Friday night against Oklahoma Christian with Cameron visiting on Saturday afternoon. The final non-conference match of the season is Tuesday night against Southwestern Oklahoma State.
The Mustangs are coming off back-to-back losses. In an evenly contested battle at St. Mary’s, the Stangs fell in the fifth set 15-13. A sluggish start at West Texas A&M cost the Mustangs against the Lady Buffs, but in the third set MSU put together a nine-point and extended the match at “The Box” to four sets.
Still. Midwestern State is in the midst of a good season with a 9-4 record and a 3-2 mark in conference play. The Mustangs are 5-0 at home and hope to extend that streak with the three matches coming up this week.
