Let me influence you to be yourself. You were meant to be on this earth for a specific reason. The world needs you to be yourself. It’s actually the least selfish thing you can do. It’s how you attract the people, the opportunities, the experiences that are meant for you. So consider this your pep talk to start acting on those impulses of what your heart is calling you to do. Let me encourage you to express yourself to the fullest. Consider this a rant of sorts or a pep talk, if you will! 

You were meant to be exactly who you are so go BE YOU!

Kute is an inspirational speaker, transformational teacher and best selling author of “You are the One” and “The Magic of Surrender." Kute was born in Ghana and raised in London. He is the child of a Ghanian father and a Japanese mother. His father was a revered spiritual leader. Kute was speaking to his father’s congregations, in more than 300 churches, by the age of 8. At the age of 14, he was ordained into his father’s ministry and was set to carry on the family’s spiritual legacy. He had a calling to come to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams. So he moved to LA when he was 18 years old. He is now a coach, transformational teacher, extremely sought out by companies and organizations to share his story and inspire greatness. He has a podcast, 2 books you can purchase and a retreat called Boundless Bliss—The Bali Breakthrough Experience - which you will hear him talk about more at the end of the episode if you’re interested. In this episode, we talk about Kutes tremendous story of coming to the U.S., going after his dreams with extreme conviction, leaning into surrender, what that even means and how you can practice it in your own life. Super excited about having Daniel on because not only is he my significant other, but he is a business owner/entrepreneur, podcast host & dare I say - internet personality. 

Daniel is a co-founder of Apke Land & Land Investing Online. He and his brother run the businesses together and share a lot of free resources online - whether its on their podcast, social media accounts, YouTube channel or their free Discord community. 

Daniel has started multiple businesses (around 10-15) over the course of his life. Some have had more success than others, but they all got him to where he is now! He truly has the entrepreneurial spirit - and that’s one thing I love about him.

Ep. #18 SOLO Mini Episode

If you couldn’t already tell by the title of this episode, this is not going to be a positive, uplifting episode. And maybe because of that, you will end up getting something positive out of it. Not gonna lie, it's a bit of a pity party. In our 20's, it can be so hard and confronting to think about where we thought we would be by now. We can get caught up in the timelines of it all. It's easy to focus on the things you don't have rather than the things you do. 

It’s important to understand that even if someone looks like they have it all, they may still be struggling. You never truly know what’s going on behind closed doors. Normalize not being okay even when you have a lot to be grateful for. We are only human!

A huge mistake I think we make is not fully feeling it and sitting in the “suck.” Sometimes you just have to let it out, so you can get through it quicker. 

This feels super icky and weird and vulnerable to share, but I share it in hopes that it makes other people feel better about where they are at or makes you feel less alone on your journey!
