The Tempest is dispatched to System G534, close to the Romulan Neutral Zone. Star Fleet Command has instructed them to make top speed and rendezvous with the USS Luxor on site. But they’ve also been instructed to go dark and restrict all outgoing comms traffic. The exact nature of the assignment remains unclear– Captain Escarra has been briefed, but told to withhold information on site, orders he bristles at. When they arrive the complex situation reveals itself and an old enemy must be saved.
