"Yesterday's Enterprise" from Star Trek The Next Generation is the episode that sees the return of fan favourite Natasha Yar, leads to the birth of the villainous Sela, and gives us the amazing Captain Rachel Garrett (let's hope she doesn't get ruined as a character in future media eh?). It's an awesome story of time travel, consequences, responsibility, and knowing where you need to be in your life.
