Escaping from Hivebase-1, the crew of The Twist consider their options in the hope they can: instigate a confrontation between Yerkys and Lady Waexana; retrieve the pieces of the Sky Stone she already possesses; and (perhaps) escape with their lives. There's complex planning; a covert contact with Yerkys; and Customs officials are bought ... then ... Debt refuses to be ignored; Customs don't stay bought; and a smooth arrival turns into a hurried escape. As travelers often say "No plan survives contact with the twin moons of Shesharile" ... and that's certainly true of this plan ...
