Speaking of inner love, Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto, squaring Uranus and trine Chiron. This is a test of our newly evolving emotional self-reliance and our release from victim mentality. Feel the soft and comfortable love for yourself and others.

Finally, Mars in Gemini conjuncts a retro Mercury and squares Neptune. Considered thoughts and actions are emphasized. This weekend, make sure to pause if you begin to feel scattered. Breathe and know that you are love.

Mars' aspects to Saturn (opposition) and Uranus (waxing semi-square) will show us very clearly how well we integrated the Mars lessons in Taurus the last two months. Will we be fine tuning our goals and desires or will we just be bullying our way through from one scheme to the next?

Venus' waxing trine to Neptune while squaring the nodes and approaching the opposition to Pluto demands a large dose of emotional self-reliance to avoid feeling scattered with Mercury retrograde in air signs.

Mercury stationary retrograde May 18 - June 11. Drive safe and consider listening well to those you love and respect. Watch out for the blowhards and be compassionate with yourself and others.

Finally, Jupiter's waning, full phase inconjunct to Pluto in Capricorn can be a great fruition of all those creative pursuits we have focused on with Jupiter in Leo. If you have created from the perspective of our gifts to the world, many blessings will be yours!

Mars will conjunct Mercury three times and then aspect Pluto, Saturn and Uranus mid-May. The social tensions may continue exposing rifts in the collective and we will all feel busier and perhaps a bit more triggered than usual.

Venus in Cancer May 7 - June 5 will require that we slow down and honor how it all feels. Be aware of just how sensitive you really are to your various environments. That is your personal guidance system, wanting to help you rise above the noise and chaos, reaching for inner peace.

Finally, Mercury will also square Neptune. While you are honoring that personal and peaceful space, mental clarity on some of the deepest beliefs you hold dear will be revealed.

The Full Moon of Scorpio and the traditional cross quarter Beltane celebrations will pack considerable energy into our weekend.

We also now have that impertinent messenger, Mercury, in its own sign of ruler-ship for two months. Be well with making time to do tasks right. Or would you rather do it over again? The Sun will make two aspects to Jupiter and Pluto respectively; reflecting back to us our creative efforts so far this spring and our natural level of self-love.

However, the underlying and less obvious transit to acknowledge and meditate upon this weekend is Saturn's waning sesquiquadrate, or square and a half, to Uranus. The phasal shift between these two is evidenced by the societal chasms in Baltimore as well as the Nepalese earthquake. Venus and Mercury's mutual reception party continues require our attention to those details. Mercury is thinking it all through and Mars will determine the appropriate action. However, Mercury and Chiron's sextile takes up some space processing prior woundedness that could get in our way. Venus also will square Chiron on the 28th so get support in re-writing those old worn out stories and, if you do, Venus' sextile to Uranus could certainly bring in excitement in love.

The big player this week, however, is Mars' waxing semi-square to Uranus. This is a gestation point involving our conscious choices and desires. Insights abound.

Finally, next month's Sag Saturn's waning inconjunct to an Aries Uranus guarantees continued social shake ups and shake downs.

Consider how you are going to participate within your community and also intend and consider your personal role in the larger international implications for peace. As we post this week's podcast on Thursday, Pluto, the Soul and its dual desire nature, is stationary retrograde allowing us all the potential to review and evaluate what is working and what was must be discarded in our lives. There could be a bit of confusion with the process this weekend because the Aries New Moon will be propelling us forward. Patience is needed.

Venus now leads the inner planet charge with a first quarter square to Neptune, also adding to the doubt and confusion.

Mars and Mercury will conjunct mid-week and both aspect Pluto, Neptune, Chiron and Uranus. When considering how to act and what to project while doing so, call on these two energies with the intent of speaking clearly, listening as much as you speak, and then acting compassionately. The Sun will join these two in Taurus on Monday helping us to find our natural strengths and hence, creating a stable and secure foundation for growth and success this spring.

Much progress can now be made on our creative hunt with Jupiter direct in Leo. Think back since last December on the pursuits and ideas and that were sparking. Whatever still remains in consciousness must now be acted upon.

Mercury and Venus will inhabit each other's signs for the next several weeks and that mutual reception just emphasizes the the increased activity level. Essential Venus really is what we feel we deserve the most, and, right now we want it all - pure and simple. Discern what is best for your Soul. This mutual reception is great energy for new initiations, new beginnings and new ventures. However, Venus will also oppose a stubbornly philosophical Saturn that will demand complete self-responsibility for these new things we believe we desire. Word of caution: Suspend your old worn out beliefs and attitudes in conversations with other dreamers and be encouraging.

Finally, Mars and Neptune had their conjunction Jan. 19th at 6* Pisces. We are all finding ourselves in a rather strong intuitive time period with Jupiter soon stationary direct in Leo and Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn in a grand fire trine. Needles to say, a lot of planetary energy in the midst of this Lunar Eclipse on Saturday.

The Full Moon of Libra and the nodes at 10* highlights more Aries energy and we could have problems taking in other viewpoints. The south node eclipse season demands balance in relating. The relief valve is the square to that Capricorn Pluto so ask yourself if you are becoming more mature and evolved.

Patience is now needed with words and actions. Uranus and Sun conjunct will be bringing in flashes of insights that may amp things up even more. Taurus Venus and Values. Values determine desires. Venus' last quarter square to a stationary Leo Jupiter will have us asking which values are most important in out lives. There could also be that familiar yearning "Who will love me?" but are you really willing to openly share the love you desire?

Venus' waxing sextile to Chiron provides opportunity to look inward for more self-healing. What little wounds remain that serve to stall your evolution and block love?

Venus' waxing trine to Pluto in Cap could yield some true financial or career rewards given the commensurate level of self-reliance and autonomy achieved to date. Mercury in Aries until April 14th could have us racing ahead without forethought or just bulldozing our way through "conversations".

Finally, Mars in Venus' sign of Taurus will have us searching for new directions forward. Prioritize actions and with steady effort create something useful, pleasurable and/or beautiful.
