Happy Holidays to you all... we'll be back in the New Year!

A sweet and heart-warming chat with one of my Mom Tribe and long-time friends, Julie Kirkpatrick. Reminiscing about the good old days from trying to conceive, to when our babies were newborns... and all the way up the present, as Julie's oldest is now about to turn eight years old and her youngest, at 17 months, is ready to be just like his big sis.

From the mouths of babes... what silly and strange things can emerge in this phase of childhood! Anything from how our bodies work, to dancing, to a new era of play-pretend, the three-year old wants to know it all.

Thinking way back.... to holidays from the far past and the more recent past. What traditions are meaningful and important for you and your family these days? We mention a few new ones here that we began once our son was born, as well as some things that have been around since I was his age. Happy Holidays!
