Longtime wellness warrior Mia Kyricos discusses how working in local restaurants as a pre-teen evolved into a role as Sr. V.P. of a global hospitality company. Mia serves on multiple corporate boards including as a founding board member of the Global Wellness Institute and Global Wellness Summit, and now focuses on strategic and brand advisory at her eponymous consulting firm.

A 30+ year industry veteran, Tara is an award-winning leader and pioneer in wellness. Her path has led from massage therapist to founder of the TARA brand of eco-chic products, co-founder of the Green Spa Network, and all-around kick-ass female role model who walks the wellness walk every day.
