I wanted to start off with a poem that sums up the uncertainty and simultaneous hope of daring to take a chance. I know that fear, that doubt, and that hesitation, are all road blocks and speed bumps felt by everyone at different points. And I wanted anyone and everyone who does feel that way to know that they are not alone. And that someone out there believes in them. Me. I believe in you. And I feel the same fear.
