AAMU Head Football Coach Connell Maynor joins  Archie to talk about the spring 2021 season and the outlook for the fall 2021 season, his feelings concerning his team being crowned National Champions in HBCU football and his impression of "The Nature Boy - Rick Flair".

Dr. Josh Herring, aProfessor of Food Science at AAMU and Michael Colston, a Development Associate in the office of Marketing, Communication & Advancement, discuss the idea behind the concept and development of the only beer inspired and created by a HBCU.

His guest is Violet Edwards, County Commissioner of District Six in Madison County, Alabama.  Edwards is the first Black woman elected to the County Commission in Madison County.  She is also a former journalist, non-profit director and an advocate for the disadvantaged in her community. They will discuss her duties as a County Commissioner, her goals and her thoughts regarding the importance of Women’s Month.
