What I usually try to find in my client's diet was balance. For example: - try to have 2 days/ week without meat, eggs, or dairy products - try to eat fish only 2 days/ week at dinner - try to have eggs only 1-2 days/ week - try to eat meat only at lunch - try to have red meat only once/ week And keep in mind the ingredients are the same and the most important thing that can change the taste of the food is the spices. Different spices, different tastes💚
