Matt is the Vice President of Graduate Enrollment and Professional Studies at Northwood University. He has spent two decades in higher education and has a keen understanding of how to grow enrollment, his focus is on Northwood’s graduate and Adult Degree Programs (ADP). Matt has held senior leadership roles within higher education which include executive vice president and chief advancement officer. He is a relationship builder and is well known in the business sector as well as higher education.

Guest Becca Sowa explains how the Job Fair being held on March 22nd from 2-5pm, benefits both students and employers. Note: the Job Fair is being held on the same day as the Transfer Fair and they are being promoted together.

Becca Sowa is the Internship Development Manager with Career and Employment Services at Lansing Community College; she has worked at LCC for 12 years. Her primary role is to work with employers looking to recruit LCC students. She is instrumental in planning job fairs and other related events as well as working daily with students to find internship opportunities.

Guest Graham Berke discusses the importance of attending the Transfer Fair being held on March 22nd from 2-5pm, to research and connect with the college or university you plan to attend. Note: the Transfer Fair is being held on the same day as the Job Fair and they are being promoted together.

Graham Berke is the Systems & Operations Manager at Lansing Community College’s University Center. He has been at LCC for 19 years, which also includes working in the Information Technologies department. Graham is a proud alumnus of three schools, Lansing Community College where he completed his Computer & Network Security degree, Ferris State University where he completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and most recently Northwood University where he completed his Masters of Organizational Leadership. He describes himself as an avid golfer, a barbecuer and a Do-it-Yourselfer. He has been a Michigan resident his entire life and has traveled to 49 states.
