So as I move deeper and deeper into my career, my life and my business I am seeing how much my mental health is affected. The more I see this in myself the more I see it in others. I am becoming tuned in to certain things people say and it is making me wonder about how many people are suffering in silence. This is such a huge subject and I have taken my first stab at it giving insights to what I do to deal with my mental health through such exercises as a responsibility transfer. 

The big one. If you need help ask for it. Do not suffer in silence.
