(3). Stop Getting Stuck In The Past Or To Far In The Future.
(4). Stop comparing yourself to other people.
(5). Stop Moving So Fast.
(6). Stop Putting Your Wants And Needs On The Back Burner.
(7). Stop Waiting For Other People To Make You Happier.
