Season 2 is finally here, and it's so good to be back! Today (and throughout March), I'm bringing up the ultimate factors to equip us with longevity and improved health. 2020 rendered this sudden awakening to us in highlighting the vast importance of life, and this month, I'm beginning a conversation around what some might consider obvious, but necessary--and it's what we ingest daily for fuel.
