Prior to starting his company Syzygy Social he was a solopreneur helping other brands grow organically on social media.  AJ Cartas had early experience on Instagram when it was just getting popular, and he had the skillset to grow over 1 million followers.

Growing a brand's reach on social media is instrumental nowadays and that's why brands are willing to work with him. However, there is only so much one person can do. That's why AJ decided to scale himself by making a team around him and finding his digital marketing agency.

AJ Cartas is a big advocate for racial, gender, and LGBTQ equality. His non-profit organization Our Damn Time supports the minority community to provide resources to empower, educate, and mobilize to enact deep structural change.

Victor Munoz went through a lot of dirt during his entrepreneurial journey. Before embarking into eCommerce, Victor decided to drop out of college. In fact, he got a marketing certification on Udemy where he landed a job at a marketing agency.
