Ed Stulak is a realtor in New Jersey who focuses on creating a personal brand to get indirect sales on real estate. Creating a personal brand has helped him network people within the real estate industry and potential homeowners. 

Ed was actually a college hockey player with aspirations of going pro. However, his passion for hockey quickly died out as he felt that it became a job during college. The injury that he had obtained along the way was the final straw that made him quit hockey entirely. The plan of going pro was now thrown out the window.

The next venture was going into real estate, As they say...the rest is history!
