I challenge you to still try to do it and use the resistance to power you through it. You will be like damn I actually did this even though I wasn’t feeling it. Action > feelings.

Whether it’s a friend or family member shitting on it, or even yourself stop thinking and just start doing. You can only create momentum if you start. Even if you start and go backwards your still moving and stand a chance. You got this, now fucking start!

Today I talk about traveling. I talk about the bubbles we can get stuck in and the routines that we can’t get out of. Traveling has changed my perspective on life and forced me out of my comfort zone. It’s taught me so many things but mostly I’ve came back from traveling with a much stronger appreciation for life! Now, it’s very different. Still certain opinions may itch my skin, but it doesn’t stop me from doing what I want to do in life (and that’s the key!). “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
