Czar Carbonel is the CEO and Co-Founder of Magwai, a sustainable personal care brand that aims to help protect the ocean through its products.

Magwai is part of the Social Impact Accelerator Program of ISIP: Innovations for Social Impact Partnership and have sold 3900+ shampoo bars equivalent to reducing ~13650 100mL plastic shampoo bottles from landfills & oceans. Tin Ferrera is the founder of RaceYa, a digital platform and enabler for the endurance sports community.

RaceYa has partnered with 45 event organizers in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, enabled 345 events with the biggest being the World Trail Running Championship in Nepal, supporting about 200 brand SKU's in their e-commerce marketplace, and had served 35300 athletes across five countries. Tin transitioned from a corporate worker to a 5k-finisher to a trail runner and now a tech startup founder for the endurance sports community.
