Start Your Day With Jesus

It Will End In Praise

Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up.

You’re not the only one plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith.

The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are!—will have you put together and on your feet for good. He gets the last word; yes, he does.

1 Peter 5:8‭-‬11 MSG

God bless you more abundantly!

Protect Your Peace.

... or should I say, let peace protect you. Peace is a defence. Phillipians 4:7;

And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].

When the Holy Spirit wants to avert a disaster for you, He removes your peace, and those who pay attention have been delivered from plane crash, untimely death, heartbreak and loss!

Don't trade your peace for anything. It is priceless and anything (business, relationship, association, etc.) that costs you your peace is too expensive and not worth it.

So friends, protect your peace today.

God bless you more abundantly!

Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet.

Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon.

In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.

Ephesians 6:13‭-‬18 MSG

If Not For God.

What if God had not been there for us? Our enemies, in their violent anger, would have swallowed us up alive!

We can praise God over and over that he never left us! God wouldn’t allow the terror of our enemies to defeat us. We are free from the hunter’s trap; their snare is broken and we have escaped!

For the same God who made everything, our Creator and our mighty maker, he himself is our helper and defender!

He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.

The Best Investment Plan

“Don’t keep hoarding for yourselves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value. Instead, stockpile heavenly treasures for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value.

For what use is it to gain all the wealth and power of this world, with everything it could offer you, at the cost of your own life? And what could be more valuable to you than your own soul?

Matthew 6:19‭-‬20, Mark 8:36‭-‬37

So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace.

These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us.

There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever.

The Blessedness Of Waiting

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Our Anchor - Matthew 16:18

In Christ alone, my hope is found

He is my light, my strength, my song

This Cornerstone, this solid ground

Firm through the fiercest drought and storm

What heights of love, what depths of peace

When fears are stilled, when strivings cease

My Comforter, my All in All

Here in the love of Christ I stand!

Jesus Is Praying For You

“...My dear friend, listen to what I’m about to tell you. Satan has obtained permission to come and sift you all like wheat and test your faith.

But I have prayed for you, ... that you would stay faithful to me no matter what comes... Luke 22:31-32

Who is the one who condemn you, Christ Jesus is the One who died [to pay our penalty], and more than that, who was raised [from the dead], and who is at the right hand of God interceding [with the Father] for you.

Rom 8:34 AMP
