  • Jennifer Wiese: From Her Kitchen To The Shelves of Kroger, Target & WalMart
Jennifer Wiese started making her son healthy foods that were gluten free. She found that it affected his behavior, and overall health. Because is on the autism spectrum, she wanted to keep his diet healthy, but also wanted to make snacks that tasted good.
So she did something about it.
Jennifer went from the kitchen, to the Noblesville, Indiana Farmers Market- to the shelves of Kroger, Target, Whole Foods, and WalMart.
I HIGHLY recommend you not only support this awesome lady, but pick up a bad of Warrior Mix!

  • Creating Trust Thru Microlending: The Halo App
Taylor Simpson and Josh Abalos are on a mission to create opportunities of trust to disrupt the banking industry.
Their company, The Halo App (www.thehaloapp.com) is bringing funders and borrowers together, allowing them to set the rate and payment structure. They're also creating #PositivityBombs by encouraging 0% loans to people that need short term loans, so they can get access to money, without having to go through the long process for a short term loan- or agree to high interest "payday" loans.
I'm very impressed with The Halo App, and wanted to interview this 100% minority owned and operated company, let alone a tech company!
I think you'll be impressed with the mission and vision of The Halo App.

  • Nik Koyama: Building A Culture That Supports, Inspires
Nik Koyama (Twitter: @NikKoyama) is the co-founder of Video Warrior, and is, quite frankly, why I do this podcast.
He was Episode #3 over three years ago. I interviewed him when he was just starting out. But I knew he was destined for success. Much like watching LeBron James in high school, you could tell.
This episode is FULL of great advice, especially practical steps on how to build a community and understand the difference between "offensive" and "defensive" marketing.
Share this one... you'll love it!
