What does meditation have to do with a classroom?

Is this some sort of trend, or for Yoga classes?

I've talked to more and more teachers that are focusing on mindfulness and deep breathing techniques to empower a happier, smarter student.

My students Andrew Noel and Ben Lockhart are on a mission to get more students the "soft skills" to succeed.

That's when they thought about creating a course for more students to utilize.

This Wednesday I broke a rule of mine: I don't do politics.

I ended up interviewing former White House Communication Director, Anthony Scaramucci.

However, I felt like this was a time to demonstrate that while I might not agree 100% with your politics, I can have a great conversation with you.

This is my plea.

When things are "automatic" it allows us to focus on more important things.

Unless we lose control of the "easy" things.

What happens when we cannot do the easy things?

I watched the Documentary, "Won't You Be My Neighbor" about Fred Rogers. It might be the best film I've seen in my life. I've never had such an emotional response to a film in my life.

This 5min podcast is a reflection and a call to action. We need more Fred Rogers and less political tribalism.
