All Pro Dad was started to get dad's more involved in their child's life. As a big fan of Tony Dungy, I wanted the backstory on how All Pro Dad started. Darrin Gray joins us on not only why All Pro Dad started, but lays out a vision on where they are headed, and how they are relying on schools to help empower the bonds between fathers, daughters, and sons.
