As usual we kick off with a surf update, and this week I share about my latest weekend away in Western Australia's south west (Gracetown).

I'm starting a new movement and I am sharing my next creative project, so I invite you to give me some free advice. 

I want people to notice that time v what we do, how we think about it and how we do it is so important. That if we can take a bit more notice, reset and reboot we can cover much more effective ground.
