Our ideas of who God is or isn't puts God down on a lower level than ourselves.  Things we believe God did and will do are things that we ourselves would never dream of doing to another person.  These ideas must give way to the God we see in and through Jesus Christ.  Jesus said that if we see Him we have seen the Father.  

Ever wondered why God hasn't blessed you for all you have done?  Well, maybe it's because He never asked you to do it.  

God loves you now, just as you are.  Yes, we all need to grow and develop but, that doesn't mean God doesn't love you now.  And if God loves you now, then you need to start loving yourself now too.  Join me for three steps you can take to start loving yourself as God loves you and then you can begin to love your neighbors around you.

We are always looking for destinations, end points, some sort of utopia.  But with God, this journey is eternal.  There is always something more to learn and to understand.  We will be growing forever, so don't be disappointed with where you are today.
