  • Podcast Inquisition - Levels 1-5

Welcome to Podcast Inquisition!  Corey and Brian decided to do a set of spoilercasts specific to Dragon Age: Inquisition as they've done in the past for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amular: Reckoning.

** Warning: There are possible spoilers in this podcast. **

In this episode, Corey and Brian discuss the first 5 levels in the single player and also include their thoughts on the multiplayer in the game.  The big not surprise: One of us likes it, the other, does not.

Send us your feedback on Twitter to Corey, Brian or the Podcast.

  • The PC Console Showdown

It finally happened. Corey and Brian tackle the PC versus Console debate. Not sure it turned out exactly as either of us expected, but it's done and in the books.  Thanks to @Chrisbalditt on Twitter for the topic suggestion.

Do you have a topic you'd like Brian and Corey to hash out over 30 minutes?  Tweet them at Corey, Brian or the podcast and we'll discuss them on the show.  Could be anything about video games or how much Corey is wanting to play Maplestory 2.

  • No Redemption for Videmption

I think it's safe to say we all want to save arcades in the United States.  The question Corey and Brian tackle is whether these "video redemption" machines are the way to do it.  Video Remption (or videmption) machines take a mobile game and turn it into a stand-up arcade machine.  Are you willing to pay $1 to play one round of Flappy Bird or Temple Run or Skylanders Cloud Patrol in order to get tickets?

Join in the conversation by tweeting at Brian or Corey or the podcast itself or email us at startingpointfeedback [at] gmail dot com.

  • There and Back Again: A Gamer's Tale

Corey and Brian take nostalgia to new, er...old heights when they discuss whether there are games from your past you cannot go back and play again.  Sure, there are the games we love to return to (we talk about those as well), but could you possibly ruin your memories by going back now as an adult?

Are there games you love to return to every once in a while?  Are there games from your past you refuse to revisit?  Let us know by commenting below, tweeting the podcast or email us at startingpointfeedback [at] gmail dot com.  Or just if you just want to shout on Twitter at Brian or Corey, you can do that too!

Looking at the swirling chaos surrounding the new DLC for Monument Valley, Brian and Corey tackle why it is ridiculous to expect UsTwo's Forgotten Shores expansion would be free.  They guys also discuss Blizzard's recent World of Warcraft expansion and their problems on launch day and how the company combatted bad press with communication.
