Charles Blondin became famous for walking a tightrope across Niagra Falls. He made the walk many times from the Canadian side to the American side. Crowds came to cheer and shout support each time. Then one day he brought a wheelbarrow and asked if anyone would want to ride across with him. Would you do it?

Yesterday we celebrated Canada's 157th Birthday, so today we bring you a Music Tuesday episode, where we look at the song, These Days, by Jeremy Camp.
There are times when life brings us challenges and we feel like we are walking on unsteady ground. Today's song reminds us that even though these days are uncertain, we can hold onto the one who is never shaken and He will help us. Enjoy.

Today is Canada's 157th birthday. Our Country has faced many challenges and changes in the past 157 years, but it was established and built on a foundation of faith in God with His principles as the core of our beliefs. Today we celebrate not only our country, but we share some of our history of faith that for many years had guided our country to become one of the most respected in the world.
Happy Canada Day everyone.

A few years ago I attended a Bible Study that examined our motivation for doing what we do in the church and for God. It presented some interesting perspectives on why we do what we do. Today we look at a story about two churches in a small town known for their competitive spirit with each other. I think you will enjoy how the Bible study and the story of the churches fit so well together.

Did you know that even some of the great heroes of the Bible got to that point too? Don't give up, let's be encouraged together as we look at how Elijah kept moving ahead.

We can often feel so tired and beaten down that we may wonder what we are even here for. Today's Music Mondy song is "Made For More," which reminds us that we are not here to be beaten down and defeated, but that through Christ we are made for more, and it is a 'more' that we will truly enjoy. Have a listen to this great song today.
