I get it! The concept contradicts itself....but hear me out! I'm asking you to keep an open mind and hear the benefits that you can add to your organization.  The words Hire and Entrepreneur clash but when we re frame the idea you will see how this is a GAME CHANGER for your organization! We are going to get past the word "Entrepreneur" and look at the core concepts and how it translate to the corporate world. In the end you will see how your team needs these people and the way of thinking to beat the competition.
