Prior to eShipz, they were at eCourierz, a tech startup for the B2C courier industry that works with more than 10,000 sellers across India.

The dashboard gives a snapshot of fulfilled orders and those in transit, and the courier companies that the SME is working with for each.

eShipz operates on two models, one being the SaaS model where it charges businesses based on a per label/request created through its solution.

On the courier companies’ side, the startup works with SF Express, which is the largest carrier in China.

Tyler Haney, the founder and chief executive of activewear label Outdoor Voices, has stepped down, the company confirmed for us this afternoon.

The Business of Fashion, which first reported the news, said the transition follows a previously unreported capital injection from Outdoor Voices’ investors at a lower valuation than previous rounds.

Outdoor Voices now has 11 locations around the U.S., including in Austin, LA, Soho in New York, Boston, Nashville, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

While Outdoor Voices is still in the fight, the shoe and apparel giants have vanquished plenty of upstarts over the years.

The Atlantic Canada-based Ocean Supercluster, part of the federal government’s Innovation Supercluster Initiative, announced a project on Friday in an effort to support local startups.

The Ocean Supercluster is bringing together a collective of six partner organizations: Creative Destruction Lab, Genesis, Innovacorp, New Brunswick Innovation Foundation, PEI BioAlliance, and Springboard Atlantic.

Dubbed the Ocean Startup Project, the initiative aims to support the development of ocean technology startups and increase the industrial use of marine technologies.

Since the Ocean Supercluster, and the four other federally-funded groups, received funding in late 2018, each has been slowly rolling out and funding projects in their respective regions.
