Wipro has not had the courage to acquire startups in their infancy as the IT major could potentially destroy them due to its process oriented culture, Chairman Rishad Premji said, on the company's strategy to take small stakes in startups and harness their disruptive work.

"Very honestly, I worry as a large company we're quite structured and process oriented, I am worried that we would destroy what makes a young company tick," Premji said at an interaction at IIT Bombay on Sunday.
