Brussels, Belgium- and New York-based Proxyclick aims to streamline this process, while also helping businesses keep their people and assets secure.

Bengaluru-based last mile mobility startup Bounce has confirmed that it has raised $105 million Series D funding.

The round was led by Accel Partners and Facebook Co-founder Eduardo Saverin's B Capital Group.

Haryana-based PMI Electro and Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer BYD Olectra have scored the biggest contract for the tender floated by state transport agencies to supply electric buses.

Olectra-BYD has bagged the tender for 600 e-buses, whereas Tata Motors and JBM Auto have got the order for 220 and 11 electric buses, so far.

The subsidies will be applicable on the cost of the electric buses, which can go up to INR 55 Lakh per standard buses of 10-12 metres.

Auto industry experts have highlighted that the FAME II policy doesn’t address the gap in localised manufacturing, but lays emphasis on EV adoption.

In one potential scenario, the new CEO would oversee TikTok’s non-technical functions, including advertising and operations, while current TikTok chief Alex Zhu would continue to manage the majority of product and engineering out of China, one person said.

The hiring process is ongoing and the envisioned role could still change depending on who is selected, the people added.Zhu, who co-founded a predecessor to TikTok called Musical.ly , took over the business last year, though ByteDance also has a Chinese version of TikTok called Douyin, which is run by a different management team.

The eventual corporate structure involving Zhu and the new CEO is still unclear, the people said, and Bytedance has hired executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to help lead the process.A spokesman for TikTok declined to comment.

With the aim of supporting India’s digital payments as well as to boost the infrastructure of the cash-driven economy, PhonePe has launched a Unified Payments Interface-based (UPI) PhonePe ATM service.

However, with a wide network of merchants coupled with the popularity of UPI, the new service might help address this shortage of ATMs in the country.

As of now, any merchant associated with the company can convert its business into an ATM by signing up on the PhonePe Business application.
