The round was led by Anzu Partners with participation from law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Led by Jay West, PhD, cofounder and Chief Executive Officer, and Charles Gawad, MD/PhD, cofounder, BioSkryb is a developer of genomic amplification technologies that deliver higher coverage and fidelity for gene sequencing.
The company’s proprietary genomic amplification technology allows scientists working with scarce genetic material to achieve high quality gene sequencing data.
