In this episode we have a chat with British independent filmmaker, writer and director Tianna Banton.
After starting out in the industry as an actor and being turned down by numerous agencies because of her lack of experience, she decided to write her own films to get some screen time. However, after quickly falling in love with the behind-the-scenes craft of filmmaking. She's now the founder of film production company, Hanton Films and has over 10 Directorial Credits to her name.

In this episode, we are joined by Louis Hamilton, a former personal trainer turned CEO of UK boutique health and fitness studio, Hamilton’s Honour. He took a leap of faith and kick started his business in the middle of the pandemic.
The risk paid off and last year the studio was not only nominated for a Niche Business Award but has been visited by soccer sporting legends Emile Heskey and Steve Walsh. This is only the beginning of a very exciting future for Hamilton’s Honour.

In this episode we're joined by Stephanie Gaither. Stephanie started her career at The White House under President Obama supporting innovation in government efforts through the end of the Administration.
After spending a number of years in tech and consulting, she now works at Guild Education, an ed-tech start-up, where she leads strategy projects that help senior leaders make thoughtful decisions about the future of the company.
Outside of her full-time job, Stephanie is also an investor and advisor to multiple start-ups and is focused on helping underrepresented entrepreneurs raise the capital they need to scale their business.

Our first guest is British born Nigerian actor and playwright, Tiwa Lade. Six years ago, Tiwa wrote her first play RUSH, and since then has been involved in multiple TV and film productions, starring in the short film 'Tram 83' and popular TV shows 'Highlites with IK' and 'FACE OFF'. Tiwa’s most recent work in development is a play called ‘A Romantic Comedy’. All her hard work and determination has paid off as Tiwa Lade is this year’s recipient of the Felix Dexter Bursary scheme, funded by BBC Comedy to help aid the development of her very first play, RUSH, into a TV series!
