A week after a mass shooting in Atlanta's midtown, Georgia Democrats demanded Republican Governor Brian Kemp call a special legislative session to address gun violence.  The federal government is proposing new rules to limit climate pollution from power plants as Georgia's largest utility is beginning to phase out coal.
