Some states recently changed their laws again tobacco - for better and for worse.
North Dakota now allows cigar lounges to legally operate. New Mexico caps the cigar tax at 50 cents, as does Idaho. Texas bans the use of tobacco on ALL college campuses. Kansas increases the legal age to purchase tobacco from 18 to 21, following the federal law.
