Listen in to this week's episode as the SimpleFlight crew welcomes back Janine Iannarelli to talk about the state of the aviation marketplace.  As founder and president of Par Avion Ltd., which is based in Houston, Texas. she specializes in the exclusive representation and acquisition of business aircraft.   Beyond aviation brokerage, Janine was reappointed and named presiding officer by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Aerospace and Aviation Advisory Committee.  And on the heels of that appointment, she was one of three inductees into the Aviation Hall of Fame of New Jersey.  The crew learned Janine is also involved with women and youth organizations regarding career development and life skill sets necessary to navigate the business world, which includes reaching out to people from economically disadvantaged areas to educate them about the great opportunities that exist in many science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) fields.  Education is the key.
