Shawn gives an update on the Relocation Opportunity Bulletin (ROB) and answers some listener questions.

NBPC President Judd addresses the Chief's recent memo regarding the decertification of administratively uncontrollable overtime (AUO). Judd explains the union's duty to respond to this memo and explains actions being taken.

We start off the show with an update on the ROB and VRPs. We discuss the order by a federal judge to suspend the implementation of DACA and DAPA and the decision by DHS that Border Patrol agents not detain drunk drivers in the Tucson Sector. We close with the NBPC's position on the possible defunding of DHS over the President's executive action on immigration.
