God is passionate about having a relationship and speaking with us face to face. As believers, we are called to sit and spend time with our Creator in order to know His voice as He guides us daily. However, learning how to discern the voice of God in our lives can prove to be challenging when there is so much static around us. We learn in this message that there are five voices fighting for our attention: the voice of God, the voice of our flesh, the voice of our conscience, the voice of the enemy, and the voice of others. In the midst of all these voices battling for our attention, Pastor Jeremy Johnson reminds us of the importance of our daily time with the Lord and how spending this time with Him helps us decipher God's voice. When we spend time with Him, we not only get to know who He is, but we realize who we are. It is in that place that we can be effective ministers in our daily lives.
