Dr. Kurt Schwieters had never used Facebook until a year ago. As the pandemic was spreading around the globe and his daughter was studying in Spain, Facebook became their way of connecting. Then Dr. Kurt decided to share pandemic-related information using Facebook Live. His video posts reached hundreds in the community and then quickly spread to thousands. Dr. Schwieters, who considers himself a small town doctor, tells Tom Schrup about his experiences serving patients and the community in a completely unexpected way.
