The Kardashians.  I don’t get the inside jokes, but sadly I know who they are, and they can buy and sell me more times over than I can comprehend. Some lessons from history as well and a perspective on Status Without Responsibility. A few ideas you may want to consider in respect to your leadership role and aiding others is garnering the strongest status as possible.  Plus, some explicit actions you may want to consider in building people so as to have a responsibility, status and a full and complete understanding of where they stand.  In the final section called, We’re All In This Together, The topic is KISS and the “The cops are stupid,” equals a full on win in Dad land.
