In this episode Dr. Armitstead shares with you all the health tips that you can do from home that are helping her loved ones and patients stay healthy during the pandemic.  This includes what essential oils to use, an immune boosting tonic, what natural things to do for a fever, lung exercises and more!  Dr. Armitstead also talks about what a new healthy normal should be after the pandemic.  We can do this together. 

Here's the Immune Boosting Tonic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 small fresh lemons (~1/2 cup) – (with the skin or not, cut into large chunks)
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger – (peeled, cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup fresh garlic cloves – (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup raw organic Manuka honey

Instructions:

Add all ingredients roughly chopped in a blender, pulsing for a few seconds until everything turns into a paste.
