According to some traditions, we are creatures of multiple bodies! You may be familiar with the physical, mental, spiritual, astral, and etheric bodies. Our cosmic and ‘nirvanic’ bodies are said to be important as well but comes into focus later in life. We would do well to give all our bodies attention, but spirit is challenging us to overhaul the way we think about our physical bodies this year! A life in power has to include the body you are living in, it’s that simple. So today, make a commitment to create a ‘power up’ practice for your vessel! Spirit is telling us that our other bodies will need THAT support this year!
