I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend. Lets get back to business. Once again I got some raggedy news. Nothing is ever what I expect. However, I DO know people and watch patterns for years. I am usually never wrong in how a person moves. 2019 has shown me that was incorrect. I wasnt paying attention to people who had not displayed a pattern yet. I dont live my life in regret. Each person has their place and time with me. When that time is over it becomes painful. After the pain is gone I dont mourn that person anymore. Time doesnt always heal all wounds. Time makes you forget people. Time makes you remember that pain from time to time....the betrayal. Tis better to behave in ways that dont have ripples in the universe. Tis better to say how you feel to people while they can still hear you.

The opposite of love is not hate, its actually indifference. I have stated that love and hate are two sides of the same coin. In order for us to hate someone, we must first have loved them OR are ignorant to them or their ways. When people hate an entire race it's because of isolated incidences or how they were raised. Nobody wakes up and decides to hate people. We are not born like that, we are taught.

Today we will extend the conversation about LOVE. Most importantly AGAPE. We buried my grandmother Audrey Mae 4 years ago today. I was traveling to Houston with my son. I got the call when we landed that she passed. For the duration of that trip, I had to conceal that from my son. He was meeting his baby sister for the first time. He also hadn't seen his father in 3 years. After her funeral I said some words at her repass. They have been mostly true. Today we will start the discussion of ancestors as well. Our family is our family even beyond the grave. You must understand your loved ones aren't in the ground. They are in you and all around you. I will explain.

A little late but not forgotten. This show is about consequences. A lot of us are seeking the truth and trying to be enlightened on a daily basis. We never account for NOR discuss our previous actions having consequences. We like to think we can just say SORRY and all is well. In some cases that shit wont work. It wont work because you MEANT to do whatever it was that you did. Each time you function with mal intent and from those lower chakras...there is a consequence.

Today we speak about LOVE. There was too much hate last week. Love is the highest vibration. It can't be manipulated.

In light of the recent deaths of Cliff Dixon, in Atlanta and Nipsey Hussle in L.A. I want to talk about HATE. It is one of the lowest vibrations in the frequency. I used to think it was the most powerful tool in my world. I was wrong. LOVE is. Let's talk about it.

It is #soulfulsunday and a new week is upon us. This show is dedicated to my Uncle Dennis and my Mama. We will finish the discussion on intentions and start the convo about TRIGGERS. Some of us arent healing. Some of us are surviving and abusing ourselves.

Today is a quick show about intentions. Why you keep wishing bad things happen to people, and it backfires. Intentions is what keeps people out of jail and out of the hells we create for ourselves. I am going to have an upopular opinion, as always.

The day is here! We are going to have CHUCH this Sunday morning. I took the R out because religion and spirituality are 2 different things. They will hopefully be 30 minute episodes each Sunday at 1pm. There is a spiritual awakening going on within us and I want to aid in that process. I am thankful.
