There was an unexpected death within my family structure. There was a lot of turmoil these last couple of weeks. Personally I didnt want to get on air with that energy. Some people solicit for pity. I am not one of those people. I do what needs to be done WHEN it needs to be done. Im a protector, provider and a rider. Even I have to take my lumps as well as my L's and go. There is nothing left to explain or to be done. You tuck your tail. Realize that you lost or are defeated in that moment and try to recover. Summer is just about over. Fall is about changes. Its never too late to say forget all of this and just GO! Especially when you did all that you could. No shame  in that.

Todays show is about transitions. There are many that we have to go through. In order for us to ascend we have to go back, trace steps, perhaps right wrongs and live freely. What I do will never be influenced by what you did to ME. I will be DENISE until I transition from this earth. Much like my mama I am appropriate. I know what to say and when. I know what to wear and when. I know when to walk away to save MY sanity. I know when to STAY because of yours. Dont you ever fucking forget the latter 2 sentences. You could have never thought someone like me would care for someone like you if it wasnt in MY divine contract. Some of...NO...all of my darkness and demons comes from the darkness of friends, family and lovers. How could you possibly harm me anymore than what I have done to myself? You cannot....FOOLS.

I missed yall last week AGAIN because I was on a trip with my family to see my family. Too often we miss opportunities to just pack up and GO. Too often we miss opportunities to see loved ones that are a car drive away. It had been on my spirit to see my uncles and aunts. Especially the one I was named after. We are all battling something in life. Lets try to address it while we are on this earth. Death brings about a lot of regret. Im going to speak about WHY.

I deleted last weeks show. It was wayyyy too emotional and informational. Im better than that. Yet it is still #tellthetruthtuesday Lets chat about how Mars was in retrograde and I felt like I was at WAR. not with anyone specific but everything was offensive. This week I have a gracious heart. I have a head of understanding. Im thankful. In recent times its better to start a convo with gratitude NOT attitude.

It is almost full-blown summer. As my birthday month comes to a close I'm going to be pointing out some things. Things that common sense or basic respect earns you. Reasons people go APE. We lost 2 rappers within the last 24 hours. Xxxtentacion and Pittsburgh rapper Jimmy Wopo, both gunned down. One was 20 the latter 21. It's about to be a cruel summer. We work hard all winter, up here in the north. Our winter was damn near 6 months long. When summer hits we like to pop out, not realizing some people want to pop OFF. Now that is a reason to go APE. As you should already know I got that new Beyonce and Jay Z track for your listening pleasure.

Its #tellthetruthtuesday on a Wednesday morning. There has been so much going on in the media that it wouldnt have been right to skip another show. Today I will speak on the Drake and Pusha T beef, as well as the suicide of Kate Spade. Im also going to highlight some beef I had of my own this week....online of course. In this lifetime we have to be careful what we speak and what we sow....some people wont clap when you win. Make THEM regret it.

It is #tellthetruthtuesday Did you miss me? I missed trash talking to you guys as well.Over the past two weeks we have seen some things. Some I am proud of, some NOT so proud of. This week I will speak on the royal wedding and how Meghan is NOT the first caramel complected woman in the monarchy. People were so outraged not taking a look at themselves and asking,"what did I do today to make history"? So when I ask WYD...you understand I am asking you to look within. Figure out what you are doin or can do to make a history. Hating aint one of em.

Its tell the truth Tuesday. #tellthetuesday I want to speak to you about the controversial video ,"This is America" by Childish Gambino. I will also be discussing the Met Gala and why it was LIT.

Its #tellthetruthtuesday last week was a bit hectic. When it gets like that I try to reserve my energy. This week things are looking up. Imma give a quick recap of things that are messed up and how people had me messed up. Spring is finally here. Time to shed old energies and past times that no longer suit us. Sometimes its painful. The outcome is priceless.
