After the solar eclipse yesterday I am ready! This is my 200th episode!!! I will talk about fathers, motherhood, marriage and karma. Finally I got my hands on the George Tandy Jr. single, "Already Love". I am sure I will be playing some of my other favorite songs on this episode. We reached 200 baby!! Thank you all.

Yet again another #tellthetruthtuesday It is often said that the final act of love is forgiveness. In my life I subscribed to TIME heals all wounds. Then I realize that time is sometimes an illusion. Sometimes people change, sometimes they dont. Perhaps to forgive releases the negative energy so people can move on.

After that wonderful full moon my vibes are great. The truth is I ran into one of my shadows. I want to discuss what I felt and why vibrating higher makes you see people, places and things differently. One must give the same humility to a person as they would want for themself. It is difficult to do when you are in a bad place and having low vibes. Vibrating higher doesnt mean I wont shoot you in your face at close range IF provoked...NO...it means I am aware thats a choice and I am choosing NOT to. It means I value my life and the people in it so I am not going to do anything that takes me away from those that love me and need me. Like Jay Z said, " I dont post no threats on the internet. I just pose a threat". People think that because you refuse to stoop to their level it makes you soft...naw it keeps me free and paid.

Its my anniversary. Today marks my 3 year anniversary. Hence why I didnt do a show last night...it wouldnt have been as special.Recently I discovered the hit show, "Insecure" with Issa Rae. Clearly I am in love. I want to talk about that, black women and sexuality and the other usual #tellthetruthtuesday banter...just on a Wednesday.

Today is #tellthetruthtuesday I will be speaking my truth. I will be speaking about my shadow work. If you dont know what that is....I will school you. I also will be mentioning the recent suicides of 2 rock legends in these past weeks. Suicide is sometimes a choice when we dont kill our shadows and acknowledge our demons. I have never been scared of either one.

Today is a pop up show. I was unable to get back in time to do a show for #tellthetruthtuesday There are some things that need to be said. Therefore since I can do a show 7 days a weeks if I wanted to...I wanted to bless yall today. I will be saying some real shit. As always, my opinion doesnt change wih the days of the week.

Tonight I am in Houston. Yesterday I met up with Wood for the first time. If you remember he was on my show a few months back. Last night he filmed and did a show as well. Tonight will be a no holds barred convo as always.

Tonights show is a recap. Its a recap of my birthday weekend as well as thoughts on how I feel it went. Too often we assume that because we are a certain way that other people are that way. This is not true. I am thankful to all that came out and showed me love on my birthday. I am also thankful for adult conversation and misunderstandings.

Today we lost Prodigy of Mobb Deep. I will tell you my affiliation with them and how he passed. He was only 42. I will be 42 this week. If I wasnt so rooted in what I believe I would be a shook one.

Happy June! My birthday month is upon us. The Strawberry Moon just passed and there is all kinds of positivity in the air. Then I log onto the internet and see yet another woman proposing to a man. I am not sure when this became popular but it needs to stop....ASAP. Tune in and I will tell you why. I will also discuss the Amber Ross bush pic and why that is NOT feminism. I am not a feminist. I am a traditionalist. Yet I hustle harder than most men. I will not cosign some whorish behavior and call it feminism. Please note I already did a show about this a bout a year ago.
