What does the feeling of "not being good enough" look like?  It looks like fear, it looks like timidity, it looks like confusion, it looks like what challenges us outside of our norm. It looks like change. Which is a beautiful thing if don't correctly.

They say that "friends are the family you get to choose" & Bitch you guessed it again... openness, honesty and communication are the best ways to maintain a healthy relationship with you family you get to chose.

By now I think you get the picture on my viewpoints on maintaining a healthy friendship. Its not hard to follow these key factors in maintaining the relationships. Often times we don't want to be outcast or shunned for having a difference of opinion but embracing your differences and standing on what you believe helps alleviate stress.

I’m going to start this one off by saying something I know a lot of you won’t like, but…you need to hear this!

Although they assisted in raising you… You don’t owe them anything!!!! and that can go for your brother, sister, mother, father, aunts and uncles and grandparents. I say this because often times we feel that we owe our lives to the ones who were responsible for us. You don’t want to make them look bad, or let them down, or be the “Black Sheep” of the family. Granted, they had a hand in shaping who you are today and who you will be come… You do not owe them your life!
