Traumatic brain injuries can be scary but they do not have to be. Local author Anthony Knopps, who sustained a traumatic brain injury, has written a new book for children designed to raise awareness about this medical condition that often raises more questions than answers.

Food insecurity is a growing problem.  In his latest book But We Only Have One Grape, Anthony Knopps looks at this serious problem through the eyes of a second grader. Our discussion points out that 15 percent of American households with children are considered "food insecure."
