Being an artist requires me to be on a constant journey of digging deep and finding my truth. Recently I was faced with very hard facts about myself and the way I have been living that forced me to open up and be vulnerable with myself. This was one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced that came at a time that was not easy in itself. I had just moved to LA alone, recently went through a breakup and was finding my voice as an artist. This transition period came with a lot of growing pain and I delve into that and the process in this episode. I am so grateful for being on this journey, my self-exploration, my ability to tell my story and the platforms to do so. Thank you for being here xo

I was asked what the inspiration behind songwriting is and what my process entails. I know that it differs for every one but this is how I go about writing songs! Let me know what you think and how you create, whether it's music or not. The key is actually completing the creation for others to enjoy. Otherwise it's yet another idea fading into the abyss!
