Alot of time we are stuck in contentment and lack the motivation to chase our dreams and aspirations. We are always in our own way. The body can tolerate almost anything, its up to you to tell your mind to accept the challenge.  Mayb this podcast will inspire you to be the great black God and Goddess you are.
